Only products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.
Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible.

Provide Proof: Include a detailed description of the defect and, if possible, photos or videos to help us assess the issue.
Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


Return Shipping
For approved returns, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective item.


Refunds or Replacements
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your request:
If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund, including any applicable taxes and shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days] to reflect in your account.


Exceptions
